BOSS Staffing is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives for a building supply company in Concord.

Quick Info

Location: Keele St and Hwy 7, Concord. Accessible by bus.

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Day Shift: 8am – 4pm (must be flexible with overtime)

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Requirements

  • Min 1 yr experience as a CSR
  • Knowledge on tools, building supplies and home hardware
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work multitask and work under pressure
  • Able to lift up to 30 pounds when needed

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer orders
  • Retrieve items from building supplies warehouse
  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries
  • Provide product / services information
  • Identify and resolve client concerns and issues
  • Record order notes and/or reports, as needed
  • Clerical duties, as needed
