BOSS Staffing is currently hiring Lead Hands – Construction for a large modular construction company in Burlington.

Quick Info

Location: North Service Rd / Guelph Line, Burlington

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Day Shift: 7:00am – 4:00pm

Pay Rate: $25.00 / hr and up

Requirements

  • 3+ Years experience in Lead Hand/Foreman roles in construction environments.
  • Reliable transportation to shop
  • Willingness to work overtime when necessary to deliver projects on time.
  • Capable of climbing ladders and lifting 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Crew on various projects in facility.
  • Construct, install, and assemble projects.
  • Increase the efficiency of the crew on a given project.
  • Support the Crew by employing various skills and instruct.
  • Climbing ladders and lifting 50+ pounds, as required
  • Other tasks, as assigned
