BOSS Staffing is currently hiring Lead Hand – Shipper & Receivers for our client in Mississauga.

Quick Info

Location: Winston Churchill Blvd and Hwy 401, Mississauga 

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Shift: 9:30am – 6pm

Pay rate: $24.00 – $25.00 / hr

Requirements

  • Valid Raymond Reach license
  • Minimum 2-3 yrs Raymond Reach experience
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse computer systems is an asset!
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Quick learner and self-starter
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Safety-first attitude

Responsibilities

  • Shipping and receiving HVAC equipment and parts
  • Loading and unloading trailers or containers
  • Ensure proper labeling and handling of shipments
  • Picking, receiving, and shipping duties
  • Maneuvering in busy warehouse
  • Replenish inventory as needed
  • Use of warehouse computer systems
  • Computer and paperwork handling
  • Maintaining clean and safe working environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Equipment safety and maintenance checks
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Adhere to all health and safety standards, protocols, and procedures
  • Follow up on emails to ensure all special requests are met
