BOSS Staffing is hiring Manufacturing Team Members/Team Leads for a large manufacturing company. Our client is located at Parkinson and the Universal area of Woodstock.

Shifts Available:

Day shift – 6:15 AM Monday through Friday (8-10hours shifts)

Afternoon shift – 5:30 PM (8-10hours shifts) Monday to Thursday/Friday start 4:30PM (occasional Saturday as needed)

Please note all shifts are 8 – 10 Hours per shift with the additional overtime as required.

  • Experience in manufacturing production
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Highly organized and excellent time management skills
  • Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in manufacturing environment is required
  • A strong work ethic with a desire to learn and grow within the company
  • High energy, self-starter who enjoys multi-tasking and can quickly adapt to changing priorities
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs, able to stand for 8 hour shifts, and able to keep up with the demands a the fast-paced environment.
  • Must have TSA-approved safety shoes, safety glasses, and a safety vest.
